He is survived by: his spouse Kim Murphy; his daughters, Amber King of Mio, Amanda Jackson (Matt) of Warren and Stevie Weaver (Bryan) of Yale; his grandchildren, Carter, Cassandra, Taylor, Madison and Evelyn; and his sisters, Sandy, Susann and Shirley.
