He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Moshenko and Mary Moshenko; his daughters, Kelly and Kimberly; his grandson Xavier; and his brother Donald.

He is survived by: his wife Kathryn; his children, Kristi Herrington (Ed), Katie Harper, Racheal Sopoliga (Michael), William Hassler (Shannon) and James Hassler; and his sister Deanna Mitchell. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great- grandchildren.
