He is survived by: his children, Gerald Meininger (Nicola), June Collins (Robert), Lawrence Meininger (Linda), Robert Meininger and Marvin Meininger (Da'Lynette); and his grandchildren, Brandi (Marvin), Jesse (Sara), Michelle (John), Rebecca (Sevea), James (Kimberly), David, Amy, Matthew (Elise), Amanda (Brian), Samuel (Eileen), Kristie (Scott) and Thomas (Donna). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
