He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Fields and Rosella Fields (Porter); his sons, Michael Joseph Fields Jr. and Scott Alan Fields; and his sister Judy Morand.
He is survived by: his son Patrick Fields (Cindy) of Grass Lake; his siblings, Gary Fields (Diane) of Lawton and Susan Fields of Applegate; and his brother-in-law Ted Morand of Shelby Township. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
