He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Furister; his daughter Carrie; his son-in-law Jason Strassburg of Clay Township; his grandsons, Cody (Zoey Franko), Cameron Strassburg and Patrick Carriere; and his nieces, Brenda Strachan and Laura Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
