It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Effie Mae Almstadt (Richmond, Michigan), who passed away on June 5, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy John Nolan and Emma Jane Nolan (Parr); her husband Irvin William Almstadt; her son Ron Almstadt; her grandson Kyle Burden; and her sisters, Ethel Miller and Arlene Gordon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Fistler (Milton Jr.), Cherlynn Brant (John) and Darlene Burden (James); her daughter-in-law Cheryl Kay Almstadt; and her grandchildren, Mark Fistler (Rene), Matt Fistler (Diane), Bill Almstadt, Andrew Almstadt (Sonia), Aaron Brant (Ann) and Kristen Shutt (Bryan). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
