He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Otto and Margaret Mary Miller (Burke); his wife Carol Mae Graeff; his former wife Shirley Moser; his son David Miller (DeCook); and his brother Richard Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra, Kenneth, Ronald, Richard, Scott and Nicole; his brother James Miller (Kathryn); and his sister-in-law Jean Miller. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
