He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Pelc and Virginia Pelc (Mucha); and his sister Patricia Manzella. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Grabowski; his sons, David Pelc of Smiths Creek and Paul; his daughter-in-law Heather of Chesterfield Twp; his brother Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Annie of Redford and Sam Manzella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
