He was predeceased by: his parents, John Newhouse and Elaine Newhouse (Doxey); and his brothers, Larry and Dale Newhouse. He is survived by: his children, Lori Johnson (Mark), Traci Chipman (Tony), Brian Newhouse (Sharon) and Karl Newhouse (Angie); and his wife Bonnie Lee Boysen. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
