She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kaufmann and Isabel Kaufmann (VanBocxlaer); her former husband Charles Caldwell; her husband Marvin VanderVeen; and her siblings, Geraldine Rappley and Joe Kaufmann.
She is survived by: her children, Dixie Dalrymple (Roger) of Plainwell and Sandy Hunt of Utah; her grandchildren, Erin Hunt and Megan Dodge; her sister Lorain Garno (Gary); and her sister-in-law Joy Kaufmann.
