He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Meninga and Peggy Meninga (Butler); and his brother-in-law Kalvin Kalkowski. He is survived by: his wife Kim; and his siblings, Lester Meninga, Margie Meninga, Ken Meninga and Ronda Schneider. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
