He is survived by: his siblings, Grace Cushman (Barry), Paul Gruber (Leilanii) and Glenda Emmons; his children, Judy Gruber, Kathy Howard (Jack), Pamela Clark (late Keith) and Russell, II (Samantha); and his spouse Rheyma Rutter.
