He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Nelson and Marjorie Kilgore (Brannan); his wife Suzanne "Suzy" Kilgore; and his daughter-in-law Lory Toornman. He is survived by: his children, Mark Kilgore of Kalamazoo, Julie Ries (Martin) of Kalamazoo, Chip Toornman (Belinda) of New Smyrna Beach and Barry Toornman (Heidi) of Vicksburg; his grandchildren, Jacob, David Kilgore, John Ries (Jackie), Alex Ries, Brittany Williams (James) and Barry Toornman (Tara); his great grandchildren, Desmond, Sylvie and Mary Vallad (Pat) of Tipton, MI; his friends, Sarah Way and Jennie Billings; and also Julie Kilgore.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Yorkville Community Church (11523 E D Ave, Richland, MI 49083).
