He is survived by: his daughter Annette Shumaker (Dan); his grandchildren, Mitchell and Olivia Shumaker; his great grandchild Rosalinda Shumaker; his sister Marsha Johann (Marc); his niece Sara Sawatzki (Adam); his former wife Marilyn Gayda (Jack); and his stepsons, Steve Burcham and Bryan Burcham.
