He was predeceased by: his parents, Randal McKinney and Gladys McKinney (Cardinal); and his children, Stephen McKinney and Michele Douglass. He is survived by: his wife Mary Dunn; his daughter Susan Rideoutt; his stepchildren, Terry Rogers (Gary), Bernard Clark, Sheryl Clark and Linda Clark; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Barnet (Eric), Jeffrey Douglass (Romi), Brian Rideoutt, Kevin Rideoutt (Katie), Matthew Clark, Justin Schroeder, Lisa Elliott, David Elliott (Michelle), Chris Rogers (Rachel), Laura Clark and Lindsay Gilbert (Drew). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
