He is survived by: his parents, Peter Melbow and Denise Melbow (Dintaman); his wife Ruth Blair; his children, Sarah Bartkowiak, Ryan Melbow (Brooklyn) and Christopher Melbow; and his grandson Sylas. He is also survived by his parents and his siblings.
