He is survived by: his wife Margaret Carlin (Belson); his children, Roberta Bailey of Battle Creek, MI and James Carlin (Phyllis) of Kalamazoo, MI; his grandchildren, Larry McNees of Battle Creek, MI, Jolene Reed (Bob) of Comstock, MI, Joe Carlin (Becky) of Comstock, MI and Carl Carlin of Comstock, MI; and his great grandchild Chewy. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
