She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Chalker (Hazel) and E. W. Chalker of Kalamazoo; her son John East; her significant other Walt; and her siblings, Virginia Louis (Don), Dorothy Ashton (Jim), Evelyn Hoffman (Earl) and Bill Chalker (Lil).
She is survived by: her children, Steven (Katie), Jeff (Jenni), Nancy Klepper (Brian), Linda East, Mary Holwerda (Spencer) and Kate Rizor (Steve).
