He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. (Johanna Bowen). He is survived by: his wife Laura Gates Bowen; and his children, Jason Bowen, Lisa Al and John Bowen. He is also survived by four grandchildren; brother; sister; four brothers in law and sisters in law.
