He was predeceased by: his parents, Harm Nieboer and Cornelia Nieboer (VanElk); his siblings, Jim and Dorothy; and his nephew Mark.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Rae Miller; his children, Warren (Joanna), Larry (Janey), Matt, Mark, John (Stacy) and Julie (Brian); and his siblings, Cornelia (Carl), Louise (Al), Catherine (Neil), Mary (Jim) and Harm (Arlene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
