We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2024, at the age of 69, Jane Frances Horn of Richland, Michigan, born in Oswego, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her brother Donald Ouellette. She is survived by: her children, Sarah Amos, Jennifer Amos (Seth), Kristi Bodley (Kalvin) and George Horn, IV; and her siblings, Dennis Ouellette (June), David Ouellette and Janet Westra (Marty). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Ambrose Church.
