It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Mendles of Richland, Michigan, born in Hackensack, New Jersey, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alfred Mendles and Eleanor Mendles (Briggs); his children, Ellen Mendles-Hamann (Robert), Chris Mendles (Debbie) and John Mendles; his grandchildren, Dr. Danielle Hamann (Andrew Hicks), Megan Hamann, Kristin Mendles and Jacob Mendles; his pets, Emma and Aubrey; his wife Sandra Mendles; and his brother John Mendles.
Donations in memory of Gary may be made to the Kalamazoo Animal Rescue.
