He was predeceased by: his pet Bruce; his sister Nancy Burris; his brother-in-law Jim Burris; and his grandson Mark-David Kolodzieczyk. He is survived by: his child Dave; his wife Virginia Shirley Creamer (Schaefer); his children, Debbie Creamer, Carol Amsbury (Terry), David Staley Creamer III (Cindy), Bambi Kolodzieczyk (Mark) and Jimmy; and his grandchildren, Drue Crookston, Bailey Sutkowi (Tyler), Carly Kellerman (Jesse), David Staley Creamer IV (Ashley), Shelby Warner (Ryan), Dustin Kolodzieczyk, Colin Creamer, Taylor Crookston, Lance Creamer, Allie Creamer, Tyler Amsbury, Virginia Creamer, Paige Amsbury and Gracie Schwartz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
