He is survived by: his spouse Jacquie; his children, Cristy Greene, Amy Bonney (Dave) and Josh Greene (Kristen); his grandchildren, Lucy, Noah, Josie, Molly, Annie and Luke; and his sisters, Donna Clinard (Chuck) and Rita Nicholson (Paul).
