He is survived by: his mother Sandra Dykstra (Bakker); his wife Heather Nelis; his sister Beth Lambert (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Jean, Fred Nelis, Kelly Nicholas (Ryan), Lindsey Rocafort (Sergio) and Jami Taylor (Derrick). He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
