VanDerKolk of Richland, Michigan, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert VanDerKolk and Esther VanDerKolk (Easley); and his wife Judy. He is survived by: his sons, John VanDerKolk (Jennifer) of Appleton, WI and Paul VanDerKolk of Richland, MI; his grandsons, Peter, Andrew and John VanDerKolk; and his brother Henry VanDerKolk M. D. (Pat). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Kalamazoo Humane Society.
