It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles David Schaap (Richland, Michigan), born in Holland, Michigan, who passed away on October 29, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Schaap and Arlene G. Schaap (Deur); and his brother Tim Schaap. He is survived by: his spouse Bonnie R. Davis (Dopp); his sons, Matthew Schaap and Bryan Schaap; his stepdaughters, Sherry Cheyne (Don) of Athens, MI, Michelle Sweet (Robert) of Warwick, RI and Tammy Yosifovski (Pando) of Caledonia, MI; and his siblings, Jane Boeve of Holland and Robert Schaap (Rosemary) of Ephrata, PA. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
