She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Pennington and Evelyn Earl Bland (Carson); and her siblings, Clyde Bland, Harold Bland (Bev), Chuck Bland and Wanda Mai (John).
She is survived by: her husband John Henry Veenkant; and her daughter Sally (Todd Kenyon) of Hickory Corners. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
