She is survived by: her sons, AJ Cook of Richland, Andrew Cook (Amanda) of Millersburg, IN and Abraham Cook of Richland; her grandchildren, Abbigail Cook, Adelaide Cook, Asher Cook and Annalyse Cook; her siblings, Julie Johns (David) of Richland, Allen Lourens of Centerville, PA, Darrel Lourens (Johnnie) of Creston, IA, Sheryl Slings (Bobby) of Prairie City, IA, Lorie Stajcar (Tom) of Urbandale, IA, Scott Lourens (Patty) of Des Moines, IA and Charles Cripps (Lila) of Newaygo, MI; her aunt Sue Kinney of Fayetteville, NC; and her uncle Garry Lourens (Marcy) of Colfax, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
