It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilho A. Ritola of Republic, Michigan, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aura Ritola (Pihjalamaki) and Alfred Ritola; his wife Violet; his daughter Bonnie; his grandson Steven; and his siblings, George, Arthur, Sulo, Aino and Rachel.
He is survived by: his son George Ritola (Gayle) of Republic; his grandchild Shannon Demboski (Andy); his great grandchildren, Ryan and Brendan; his grandchild Lindsay Workman (Tom); his great grandchild Morgan; his grandson John Groskreutz (Jolyn); his great grandchild Cody; his granddaughter Yvonne Dunlap (Jason); his great grandchildren, Baileigh, Makayla and Gunnar; his sister Mary Ann Voegtline; and his sister-in-law Concetta Maki. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
