We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2020, at the age of 87, Whit Brooks of Republic, Michigan, born in Middlesboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Richard Helmick; and his nephew Keith Helmick. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Brooks (Helmick); his sister Margie Kanavel (Hank); and his siblings-in-law, Douglas Helmick (Coleen) and Judy Gander (Earl). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
