She was predeceased by: her parents, Katheryn Store (Mulac) and Andrew Store; her brother Ronald Store; and her nephew David Store. She is survived by: her children, Veronica and Bachelor of Science; her husband Roy Kemppainen of Republic; her children, Kasondra Kay Schroeder (Steve) of Appleton, WI, Moira Bazhenow (Greg "Chip"), Krin Kemppainen of Chugiak, AK, Robert Kemppainen of Republic, MI and Michael Kemppainen (Judy) of Poughkeepsie, NY; her sisters, Katheryn Yanasak of Kenosha, WI and Judith Pattison (Jim) of Ontonagon; her grandchildren, Laura Nardi, Tristan Kemppainen, Kourtney Bazhenow and Milton Champlin, Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Bristol and Eli. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
