He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lahtela (Oien); his children, Beth Lahtela of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Brian Lahtela (Grace) of Green Bay, WI; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Paige and Taylor Lahtela. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
