He is survived by: his mother Arlene LaForge (Hakala) of Republic; his sister Sherry Warlin (Kevin) of Republic; his niece Theresa Greer (Matt); his great-nephew Austin; his great-niece Laura Stanolis (Chris); his sister-in-law Kristi Thexton (Bill); and also, Caleb, Logan, Justin LaForge (Carrie) and Lee Warlin (Jenna).
