He was predeceased by: his parents, James King and Ruth King (Spencer); his brother Joe; his brothers-in-law, Tom Meni and Pete Kaiser; and his parents-in-law, Clifford and Frances Laabs.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Laabs; his stepsons, Dennis Gravedoni (Chantell) of Nebraska and Phil Gravedoni (Jen) of Green Bay, WI; his stepgrandchildren, Rebecca, Ryan, Madeline and Everett Gravedoni; his siblings, James A (Jackie), John (Annie), Kathleen Meni, Sandra Kaiser, Orlene Riley (Brent) and Peggy Brassard (Pat); and his siblings-in-law, Ken Laabs (Sue), Mary Laabs and Margaret Bray (Sid). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
