He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Price and Carol Price (Weltner). He is survived by: his children, Jason Price (Nicki) of Crystal Falls and Casey Price of Johnstown, OH; his adoptive daughter Andrea Price of Denver, CO; his siblings, Jon Price (Sandy) of Holland, MI, Karen Roth (Tom) of Grand Rapids, MI and Brenda Prendergast (Tom) of Naperville, IL; his grandchildren, Vienna, Lyle, Lee Price, Amira, Moulay, Asiyah and Assim; and his close friend Vicki. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his memory.
