It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Norman Mitchell (Republic, Michigan), born in Champion, Michigan, who passed away on November 1, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman S. Mitchell and Martha D. Mitchell (Krummi); and his children, Maureen and Norman Terence "Terry" Mitchell II. He is survived by: his children, Brian Mitchell (Stephanie) and Pamela Mitchell-Kent (Brian); his grandchildren, Reilly Mitchell, Lillian Mitchell, Oliver Kent and Lochlan Kent; and his brothers, William (Susan), James (Mary) and Steven Lee Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, his children ask that memorial donations be directed to the Iron Mountain VA Medical Center.
