Helen E. Mattila Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2023, at the age of 83, Helen E. Mattila of Republic, Michigan, born in Kenosha, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Blaim (Kincaid) and Charles Blaim; her husband Kenneth Mattila; and her brother Leland Blaim. She is survived by: her children, SuAnn Ambuehl (Duane), John Mattila and Alison Kangas (Jon); her grandchildren, Shannon Ambuehl, Elizabeth, Zachary and Jillian Kangas; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Kaitlin and Kenny Ambuehl; and her sister Audrey Paulson of Marquette.
