He was predeceased by: his father Harold Howard; and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Howard; his wife Suzette; his children, Jennifer Allis (Kevin), Josh (Carolyn) and Jeremy (Tina); his grandchildren, Uriah, Crimson, Shay, Nyla, Avionna, Kamron, Chloe, Josh, Gracie, Jacob, Kaden, Kollin and Haley; and his siblings, Dar (Linda), Julie Nelson (Kay), Rick (Jackie) and Joan Stickler (Wayne). He is also survived by other loving family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to help with medical expenses can be made to the family.
