She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles E. Wheelock and Elsie Wheelock (Metzger); her husband Carlton Diehm; and her siblings, Edward Wheelock (Helen), Don Wheelock (Leah), Pauline Wager (Morse), Reva Wender (Carl), Marvel Eyer, Lawrence Wheelock (Mae), Bernard Wheelock (Elsa), Jane Knight (Wendell) and Charles Wheelock.

She is survived by: her children, Arthur Diehm (Diane) of Mecosta and Cynthia Diehm-Ray (James) of Remus; her grandchildren, Steven Diehm (Jamie) of North Carolina and Angela Eaton (Jeff) of Iowa; and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Logan Diehm, Emily, Connor Eaton, Justine, Amelia Mitchell, Kurt, Jorja and Kendra Ray. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
