He is survived by: his wife Julie Perkins; his children, Jeremi Perkins (Alyssa) of Remus, Joshua Perkins (Cara) of Weidman and Andrea Shaw of Weidman; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Megan, Gage, Jordyn, Reigyn, Bailey, Brynn and Cash.
