He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Rogers and Esther Rogers (Moore); and his sister Judith Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his son Jeffrey Neil Rogers (Denise Heins); his grandchildren, Gabby Gilespie and Jace Heins; his daughter Kerri Elaine Connelly; and his grandchildren, Eric, Sara, Charles and Declan Connelly. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and loved nieces and nephews along with many cousins.
