With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Glen Karcher of Remus, Michigan, who passed away on December 17, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Karcher and Dora Karcher (Priest); and his siblings, Barry Karcher, Bernice Snyder, Darlene Howard and Donna Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Hessel; his children, Christy Reynolds (Andrew), Cherie Sweeney (Mike), Glen Karcher (Sandy), Duane Karcher (Mary) and Kirk Karcher (Mary); his grandchildren, Monica Jackson (Tim), Michael Sweeney (Jennifer), Matt Sweeney (Meressa), Audra Whetstone (Casey), Drew Reynolds (Jenny), Kezz Karcher (Nicole), Trent Karcher (Danielle), Jake Karcher (Paige Kettel), Duran Karcher (Jenelle), Kara Karcher (Travis Stanley), Hannah Horan (Brandon) and Halie Zaun (Matt); and his siblings, Larry Karcher (Nancy), Robert Karcher (Karen), Sharlene Hurdle (Chuck), Carrol Cox, Norma Meeker and Sharon Farrell. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
