He was predeceased by: his former wife Arlene Gula (McKay); his brother Joseph; and his children, Jeffrey and Sharon. He is survived by: his wife Alice Mary Gula (Annis); his stepson Lou; his sister Dorothy Stark; and his children, Kristina Beers (Robert), James McKay (Mary), John McKay (Toni), Jerry McKay, Dorothy Simon (Steve), Veronica Costie (Bob), Deena Anderson (Mike), Jim Annis (Sue), Doug Annis and Mary Jenkins. He is also survived by 3 nieces, 13 grandsons, 8 grandaughters, and 22 great grandchildren.
