He is survived by: his mother Alberta Kelsey (Palmer); and his siblings, Darin Kelsey (Janet) of Escanaba, Eric Kelsey (Merrily) of Weidman, Brian Kelsey (Sarah) of Blanchard, Marylue Kelsey of Mt. Pleasant and Jim (Bev). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
