He is survived by: his former wife Lorraine Nyenhuis (Mayberry) of Howard City; his daughters, Michelle Mayberry-Bradley of Grand Rapids, MI., Diane Parks of Lansing, MI. and Angela Mayberry (Michael Watkins) of Howard City, MI.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Baltruczak (Ryan), Patrick Capek, Alexis Parks, Eric Parks (Rochelle), Stephanie Parks (Matt Phillips), Sarah Root, Neil Root and Nathan Watkins; his great grandchildren, Frankie Parks, Noah Parks, Evelyn Phillips and Emma Phillips; and his nieces, Alycia Bennett and Tamila McCoy (Ramont).
