He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hollandsworth (Totten); his daughters, Darby Jo Barker (Phillip Fowler), Kelly Hollandsworth-Davis (Jeffrey Carson), Christine Laverty (Bob) and Karen Rollenhagen (Chuck); his sisters, Cathy Hollandsworth and Lisa Porter (Jeff); his grandchildren, Tristen, Kaysen and Audrie Fowler; and his pet Gerti. He is also survived by grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
