He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sapp and Roseanne Sapp; and his siblings, Tom and Paula Kiser. He is survived by: his wife Shelly; his children, David (Yeo Meng), Barrett and Penny (Tony Seaborn); his siblings, Kathleen Gruden (Gregory), John (Derek Marks), Tim Kiser and Jacob Weston (Yvonne); his sister-in-law Toni Grant (Adam); and his nephew Andrew Kiser.
