She was predeceased by: her father Keith Loomis; and her siblings, Dennis Loomis and Marcy Loomis. She is survived by: her mother Mary Loomis (Gross); her husband Russ; her children, Mandi O'Neil (Steve) and Jesse Welling (Becky); her grandchildren, Austin, Boe, Madilynn, Jessa, Daisy-Mae and Axle; and her sister Teresa Scully (Pat). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to the family to be used according to their wishes.
