He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Doerr and Edna Doerr (Karcher); and his nephew Paul "Shorty" Doerr. He is survived by: his wife Linda Ruetz; his children, Danielle Haynes (David), Matthew Doerr (Danielle) and Ashley Doerr; his siblings, Vernon Doerr and Ruth Lobert; and his grandchildren, Saylor, Emily, Hailey, Meadow, Violet and Henley.
